Who we are
IPCS, established in 2008 in Kochi, the historic port city of Kerala, India, began its journey in a modest office, undertaking industrial automation projects for esteemed clients. Recognizing the imperative for skilled professionals in the automation industry and driven by our commitment to empowering the youth, we launched our inaugural training centre in Kozhikode in 2009. Renowned for its age-old trade ties with the Arab world and Western Europe, Kozhikode served as an ideal location.
Through our unswerving dedication to excellence, we garnered participants from diverse regions in India and Saudi Arabia. Today, our training centres have expanded across India, UAE, and the KSA, earning us the discrepancy of being official training partners for esteemed universities, with our centres situated within their campuses. Our relentless pursuit of quality led to ISO certification in 2014, a testament to our unwavering technical standards and organizational integrity. An energetic and passionate entrepreneur who always dreams of a better world of great opportunities, Ubaidulla is a champion of project planning, execution, and administration. He is a graduate engineer in Instrumentation & Control Engineering coupled with an MBA in Entrepreneurship. In a span of about 15 years, he has worked for major clients in India, the Arabian Peninsula and sub-Saharan Africa, increasing the productivity of their plants with cost-effective techniques and effective implementation of automation technology.
A man of endless dreams, he is now actively involved in making the youth more employable and enhancing job opportunities for professionals, thus making India the skill capital of the world. He supports the entrepreneur ecosystem and mentors budding entrepreneurs with a dream. He keeps himself grounded with a Frostian sense of reality found in his favorite lines:

As one of the founders of the IPCS group, he strives to carve a company that is truly multinational in its spirit, culture and outlook. With confidence as capital, he developed a great team of staff as real assets and built the company from scratch. He was instrumental in setting up the technology base of the company with world-class facilities and established relations with various automation companies in the world as their system integrator.
Jamal Nadakkavil

A visionary leader facilitating the convergence of industry and education for over a decade and a half, Jamal passionately moves around bridging the skill gap for industries, and enabling the youth with employable skill sets. For over 14 years, he has been driving the business diversification and management of IPCS group of companies across India, the Arabian subcontinent, and Africa.
An engineering graduate in Electronics and Communication, with an MBA in HR and Marketing, Jamal blends the best of both the worlds—technology and management. His expertise is diversified across domains such as industrial automation, information technology, networking & administration, and digital marketing. He is also the Director of Ingenious Power and Control Systems Private Limited and Areva Digital.

Anand’s impressive ascent within IPCS saw him rise from Branch Manager to Regional Manager of Kerala and finally Chief Strategy Officer.
