IPCS is always recognized by recruiters for its abundant talent pool and excellent facilities. IPCS’s placement process aims to match the requirements of recruiters and the aspirations of students.
The Career Guidance and Placement Unit were established in IPCS as a voluntary organization in 2012 & are dedicated to the complete career goals fulfillment of our students. Under the Corporate Relations Manager who heads the department; works a team of highly dedicated staff working tirelessly to attain our target of 100% Placement for all our staff.
Placement cell organizes the Talent & Career development program named “Talentino” in each & every one of our branches twice in every month. The program aims to develop the soft skills of the students so that along with the technical knowledge that they acquire, they will be able to express the same without fear as well as present it with excellent quality.
Under the career guidance program; Talentino, we provide placement training for all the students doing any of our courses irrespective of the duration. The cell arranges training programs like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop etc. and it also organizes Trial Technical Written exams for students who are interested to attend Huge MNC companies. It also invites HR Managers from different industries to conduct training programs & to recruit our students to their companies.

The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates and Post Graduates passing out from the IPCS by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to conduct interviews.
We have been successful in maintaining our high placement statistics over the years and the fact that our students bear the recession blues with record-breaking placements itself is a testimony to our quality. Q4: What is the role of your placement coordinator?
Answer:
- The Placement Coordinator is entirely responsible to organize, improve and approve the field placement. They will provide students with all the contact information for field placement, to act as a liaison between the student, IPCS and the Industry for field placement.
- They will conduct the Talentino training sessions in each branch considering the quality of the students & assessing them as per the requirements.
- They meet up with various companies for creating placement opportunities for our students.
